Hippo’s sixth Bar Day for the academic year ’23-’24 is at the UT Sportscanteen on Monday, 4th March. Review the information in the “I’m Bar Team, What Now?” pdf
If you don’t have your alcohol certificate, take the ~10 minute test here (province = Overijssel; association type = student association), and send it to the board.
As a reminder, all active members are required to stand bar for 5 hours per academic year (or 2.5 hours if you’re only a member for half the year). The fine for missed hours is now €22/hour, meaning missing the full 5 hours = €110 fine. For every hour standing bar, you get one non-alcoholic drink free!
We give the opportunity for members to sign up for extra hours and get paid €5/hour (max. 5 hours if you are a full-year member or 2.5 hours if you’re only a member for half the year). However, those who have not covered all of their hours yet have priority.
